Mode of use.
One tablet is recommended to be taken once a day: 1 tablet at night before bedtime.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age.
Supplements should not be understood as a substitute for a varied diet.
The components of ACIDIF MONO have no contraindications when taken in the recommended doses.
L-methionine is an essential amino acid with its recommended daily intake (RDA or VNR) of about 1.2 g per day.
Vitamin C can be taken without contraindication within the range indicated by the VNRs without exceeding the recommended doses to avoid the release of oxalate into the urinary environment, which would promote the occurrence of kidney stones.
