can be used in the treatment of dry to hyperexudant wounds when it is necessary to prevent adhesions between wound and dressing, such as in burns, radiation damage, dermetological transplants, abrasions etc.
Features:
Non-adherent active-free dressing that allows atraumatic changing. It is composed of a fabric of rayon-viscose filaments impregnated with petrolatum. The filaments are soaked before weaving in order to leave the pores of the dressing open and thus allow exudates to drain and the wound to breathe. It can be cut without unraveling or fraying.
