Mode of use.
We recommend taking 2 scoops for a total of 30 ml per day diluted in one liter of water to drink throughout the day.
Alternatively, dilute 30 ml in a large glass of water and take preferably in the morning before breakfast.
However, it is advisable during the period of taking the product to drink plenty of water to help the body eliminate excess fluids.
