Description
Food for special medical purposes indicated for the dietary management of protein malnutrition in acute and chronic diseases accompanied by loss of muscle mass and in senile or neoplastic sarcopenia.
It consists of a proprietary nutritional blend of a cluster of essential amino acids crucial for protein synthesis, three organic acids (citric, malic, and succinic) that enhance mitochondrial energy-producing activity, and B vitamins (B1 and B6) necessary for protein metabolism.

L-leucine, L-lysine hydrochloride, L-threonine, L-isoleucine, L-valine, citric acid, flavor, L-cystine, L-histidine, malic acid, succinic acid, L-phenylalanine; emulsifier: sucrose esters of fatty acids; L-methionine, L-tryptophan; sweeteners: sucralose, acesulfame K; coloring agent: beta-carotene; thickener: hydroxy-propyl-methylcellulose; vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride).

It does not contain gluten. It does not contain lactose.

Mode of use.
Recommended dose: according to doctor's advice (1-2 pouches per day).
The product can be used orally or enterally.
Orally: pour the contents of 1 sachet into a glass and add 120-150 ml of room temperature non-carbonated water; mix well until completely dispersed. Consume immediately after preparation.
Enterally: do not combine Amino-Ther Pro with other enteral nutrition formulas in the same bag. Wash the probe with 30 ml of water before administering the product. Ensure correct placement of the tube before use. Pour the contents of one bag of Amino-ther Pro into a suitable container and disperse in 150 ml of room temperature or slightly warm water. Stir until the product is completely dispersed. Administer the solution by employing at least a 60-mL syringe.
At the end of administration, wash the probe with another 30 ml of water. Preferably use immediately after preparation, within 4 hours if storing at room temperature and within 24 hours if storing in a refrigerator.

Warnings
Not for parenteral use.
The product is not suitable for use as a sole source of nutrition.
The product is not recommended for children under 3 years of age.

Conservation
Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources. Expiration date refers to product properly stored in unopened package.
Validity with unopened packaging: 24 months.
