SOHN

Broth and seasoning preparation with reduced sodium content and virtually no fat (0.3%). Vegetable preparation with vegetable protein and vegetables (celery, carrots, onions, and parsley). Compared with traditional stock cube, it contains no fat and provides less than half the average salt content.
It is useful in hypolipidic and hyposodic diets, such as in cases of cardiovascular disease, states of water retention, and overweight.
Gluten-free, lactose-free.

Ingredients
Potassium chloride; sodium chloride; sodium glutamate; maltodextrin; dehydrated vegetables (celery, onion, carrot, parsley); potassium citrate; hydrolyzed vegetable protein; magnesium carbonate; coloring: caramel.

Mode of use.
To prepare vegetable broth: dissolve one tablespoon of BrodoSohn (about 12 g) in boiling water to prepare half a liter of broth, one teaspoon (about 5 g) to prepare one cup. The preparation is instant.
To season dishes: sprinkle BrodoSohn with the tip of a spoon while preparing to add flavor to meat, egg, fish and vegetable dishes.

Warnings
In cases of severe renal insufficiency, low-sodium products should be used under medical supervision.
