Mode of use.
The pad can be used cold or hot. It can be cooled in the freezer or refrigerator. It can be heated in hot water or microwave.
Use your hands to distribute the heat evenly. Always place the gel pad in the provided cover or in a clean towel when applying to the skin.
Apply the pad to the affected area until it is comfortable. When the gel pad reaches room temperature, warm it up again.
The protective gel pad cover can be applied quickly and conveniently, providing even more safety for the skin.
Use cold for ankle sprain, tight leg/arm muscles after sports activity, swelling of bruises, e.g., knee, pulled ligaments.
