The amounts given refer to the functional ingredients contained in a sachet and not to the infusion.

Mode of use.
We recommend taking one cup of herbal tea, even several times a day. To prepare the infusion, pour boiling water (about 200 ml) over the filter in a cup, taking care to cover it to prevent dispersion of the more volatile aromatic substances. Leave to infuse for a few minutes. It is not necessary to add sugar, as the special formulation makes the infusion palatable; if necessary, it is preferable to use honey.
