Mode of use.
Remove the protective tab under the cap before the first of use. Apply a generous amount into the vagina or penis and reapply as many times as necessary to maintain adequate lubrication.
For intra-vaginal application, it can be used with pre-filled Conceive Plus applicators.

CLINICAL USE: Conceive Plus can also be used to lubricate vaginal tissues to facilitate the entry of diagnostic or therapeutic devices that are placed in the vaginal cavity. This product is not sterile and should not be used when a sterile product is required. Apply the desired amount to the instrument and/or genital areas before insertion. Vary amounts to achieve desired lubrication.

Components
Water, hypromellose, sodium phosphate, sodium phosphate monobasic, potassium chloride, sodium chloride, magnesium chloride, calcium chloride, glycerol, methylparaben.

Warnings
Always read the label, use only as directed.
It is not a birth control product, has no spermicidal properties, and does not alter normal sperm activity.
Do not use if the protective tab is absent or damaged.
If irritation occurs, discontinue use and if the problem persists, consult a physician.
Keep out of the reach of children.
Do not use after the expiration date.
Conceive Plus is a very slippery gel; in case of accidental spills, clean up immediately.
Consult your doctor if there is no pregnancy after 6 months of using the product.
This product is not designed for home insemination procedures.

Store at a temperature between 2°C and 30°C.
