The Conform 2 CeraPlus flat plate is a medical device for use with Conform 2 Colostomy, Ileostomy and Urostomy bags.
Square plate with rounded corners, size 10x10 cm for Standard sizes (14900 and 15900), 12.5x12.5 cm for Large size (17900). Maximum flexibility and adaptability to body contours, against the risk of seepage.
Hollister synthetic adhesive, facilitates application, ensures immediate adhesion and improves safety in use.
Hydrocolloid CeraPlus, contains ceramides, ideal for maintaining healthy peristomal skin.
Self-supporting protective barrier with differentiated thickness, extremely flexible, with decreasing thickness from the center to the edges.
Cutout 13 mm, greater adaptability to irregular ostomies.
Transparent protective film with tab and clipping guide to facilitate hydrocolloid inspection, preparation and application.
Flangia flottante (brevetto Hollister Incorporated) con meccanismo di aggancio Center Point Lock, studiato per consentire l'applicazione atraumatica senza pressione sull'addome, rende meno rigido e più confortevole il sistema sacca-placca. Ultra sottile consente la massima libertà di movimento. Un Clic che conferma la chiusura del meccanismo di aggancio garantisce assoluta sicurezza.

CeraPlus hydrocolloid: PIB, CMC, Pectin and Ceramides made with Remois Technology.
Synthetic Hollister Adhesive.
PE flange with Saranex (floating) support.
PE writable protective film.
Polymeric support film of the hydrocolloid.

Mode of use.
It is recommended to keep the plaque in place for 2 to 7 days.

Warnings
There are no known contraindications to the use of this device.

Conservation
Store in a cool, dry place away from heat sources.
Validity in unopened package: 24 months.
It requires no special disposal protocols.

Format
Cardboard box of 5 pieces with instructions in Italian.
