They are particularly suitable for treating acute and chronic wounds (first- and second-degree burns, vascular and metabolic ulcers, and pressure sores) and for providing a moist, microbe-free environment for the wound.
These gauze pads can be used on uninfected wounds in order to prevent, after successful treatment on infected wounds, its recurrence.
