Dietary supplement containing vitamin C, bioflavonoids from citrus fruits, Rosehip and Rutin. Vitamin C (L- ascorbic acid) is a very important water-soluble vitamin because of the wide variety of reactions in which it is involved: it maintains normal immune system function and protects cells from oxidative stress. It supports the normal functioning of the nervous system and helps reduce fatigue and tiredness. In addition, vitamin C enhances iron absorption and promotes collagen formation for normal blood vessel formation and normal function of gums, skin, cartilage, and bones. Rosehip has restorative action and contributes to antioxidant action.

Ingredients
Bioflavonoids from citrus; vitamin C: l-ascorbic acid; rose hips (rosa canina l.); rutin; bulking agents: dibasic calcium phosphate; microcrystalline cellulose; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide; vegetable magnesium stearate; glazing agent: hydroxy propyl methyl cellulose; humectant: vegetable glycerin.

Mode of use.
Swallow 1/2 tablet daily, with water, preferably with a meal. Preferably, vitamin C intake should not occur after 6 p.m. to avoid situations of evening hyperactivity.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements should not be intended as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Contraindications
Because it contains bioflavonoids do not take during pregnancy.
