Description
Sterile, non-pyrogenic hydrogel produced with Hyadd4 (highly purified sodium hexadecylamide hyaluronate obtained by bacterial fermentation) in buffered isotonic solution.
It is indicated for the treatment of joint pain in osteoarthritis and conservative treatment of meniscal injury of the knee, and for the improvement of joint mobility by increasing the viscoelasticity of synovial fluid.

Mode of use.
Steam sterilized+EtO
It should be administered by intrarticular injection only.
Administration of the product should be done exclusively by the physician. The sterility even on the outer surface of the syringe allows intrarticular injection to be performed even in the operating room.
A course of treatment consists of 2 injections administered at 1-week intervals from each other.
Because of its viscosity, inject slowly into the joint using an appropriate sterile needle (18 or 20 G).
All rules regarding the aseptic administration technique must be strictly followed.
If an effusion is present, remove it from the joint before administration.

Components
Main component: Hyadd4 (sodium hexadecylamide hyaluronate), 24 mg/3 ml.
Other components: sodium chloride, disodium hydrogen phosphate dodecahydrate, sodium dihydrogen phosphate dihydrate, water for injectable preparations.

Conservation
Store in the original package at a temperature not exceeding 25 °C. Do not freeze.
Validity intact packaging: 36 months.
