Sciogliere un cucchiaino di prodotto in un bicchiere di acqua (200 ml). Mescolare ed attendere il raggiungimento della trasparenza della soluzione segno che il prodotto è pronto da bere. Per ridurre il tempo di preparazione, si consiglia di utilizzare acqua tiepida o calda. Al bisogno assumere un secondo cucchiaino in altro momento della giornata.
Adults: 1-2 teaspoons daily.
Bambini: 11-14 anni: un cucchiaino al giorno; 3-11 anni: mezzo cucchiaino al giorno.
