Directions
Potassium gluconate. Potassium is important for muscle contraction, nerve impulse transmission, heartbeat, and energy production. The physiological concentration of potassium decreases if cortisone drugs are taken. Being an electrolyte, it is involved in regulating the body's water balance. Increased potassium requirements are established in excessive sweating, with diarrheic stools or in those who take licorice for long periods.

Posology and mode of use
Swallow 1 to 3 tablets daily with water, distributed preferably at meals.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements should not be intended as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
