Mode of use.
Swallow ½ tablet daily, with water, preferably at a meal.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Contains turmeric: in cases of impaired liver function, biliary function or gallstones, use of the product is not recommended. Do not use during pregnancy and lactation. Do not use for prolonged periods without consulting your doctor. If medications are being taken, medical advice should be sought.
Contains lipoic acid: seek medical advice for use of the product. In rare cases lipoic acid may give hypoglycemia.
Contains broccoli: do not use in cases of thyroid dysfunction.
