Dietary supplement of 99% pure psyllium fiber, with sweetener.
Psyllium (plantago ovata) contained in Psyllogel Fibra is useful for:
- Promote the regularity of intestinal transit through the formation of soft, flowing stools
- Promote the balance of intestinal bacterial flora
- help slow nutrient absorption and promote carbohydrate and lipid metabolism.
Taste: blood orange.

Psyllium fiber (plantago ovata forsk., tegumentum seminis) 99% pure; acidifier: citric acid; elderberry extract; emulsifier: lecithin; flavor, maltodextrin; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; sweetener: sucralose.

Without gluten.

Does not contain sources of lactose.

Mode of use.
It is recommended to take 1 to 4 scoops of Psyllogel Fiber daily, at any time of the day or as advised by your doctor.
Pour the contents of one sachet into a drinking glass (200 ml), fill with non-carbonated still water, stir well for a few seconds, and drink immediately.

Supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Take the product at least two hours before or two hours after taking medication.
Also suitable during pregnancy.
