Dietary supplement of 99% pure psyllium fiber, with sweetener.
Psyllium (Plantago ovata) contained in Psyllogel Fibra is useful for:
- Promote the regularity of intestinal transit through the formation of soft, flowing stools
- Promote the balance of intestinal bacterial flora
- help slow nutrient absorption and promote carbohydrate and lipid metabolism.

Ingredients
Psyllium fiber (plantago ovata forsk., tegumentum seminis) 99% pure, soluble tea extract; acidifier: citric acid; emulsifier: lecithin; maltodextrin; sweetener: aspartame; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; lemon flavor.
Does not contain sources of lactose.

Without gluten.

Mode of use.
It is recommended to take 1 to 4 sachets of Psyllogel Fiber daily, at any time of the day or as advised by your doctor/pharmacist.
Psyllogel Fiber should be taken with adequate amounts of water: pour the contents of one sachet into a drinking glass (200 ml), fill with still, non-carbonated water, stir well for a few seconds and drink immediately.

Warnings
Supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Take the product at least two hours before or two hours after taking medication.
Also suitable during pregnancy.
Contains a source of phenylalanine.
Keep out of reach of children under three years old.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
