Mode of use.
Take 1 capsule daily in the morning during the sun exposure period, starting at least 15 days before the first exposure.
Capsules should be swallowed whole and with plenty of liquid.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Avoid sun exposure during peak hours.
A topical photoprotectant appropriate for your skin type should be used during sun exposure.
