Mode of use.
Take 1 tablet daily.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Read the ingredients on the package carefully. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Intake should be planned as part of a varied and balanced diet, involving regular consumption of fruits and vegetables so as to help maintain carotenoid levels.
The product is not intended for people who do not need to control their blood cholesterol levels.
Consumption of more than 3 g per day of plant sterols should be avoided.
Patients on cholesterol-lowering treatment should consume the product only under medical supervision.
The product may be nutritionally unsuitable for pregnant women, breastfeeding women, and children under 5 years of age.
Use in women of childbearing age and in pre-pubescent subjects of either sex is not recommended.
