Valdispert BuonaNotte in Drops promotes a physiological night's rest, so you can sleep well and wake up refreshed. It helps promote a healthy and restorative night's rest for both adults and children from three years of age.
Melatonin, a substance also produced by the body, supports the level present in the body and allows a good day-night rhythm to be maintained. The natural and herbal substances of valerian and hops taken before bedtime have a relaxing and calming action.

Ingredients
Sorbitol, water, glycerol, hop glycerol extract (Humulus lupulus L., flowers) (14.92%); colorant: plain caramel; valerian soft extract (Valeriana officinalis L., root) (0.92%); preservative: potassium sorbate; acidifier: citric acid; flavoring; emulsifier: sucrose esters; melatonin (0.08%).

Without gluten and without lactose.

Mode of use.
The drop formulation allows for easily modulated dosing: the desired amount of drops can be easily dosed with the calibrated dropper. The two notches on the glass straw simplify drop counting: the first corresponds to 0.5 ml equal to 10 drops, the second to 1 ml equal to 20 drops.
20 drops of Valdispert BuonaNotte Drops correspond to 1 mg of melatonin.
The recommended daily dose, not to be exceeded, is 20 drops corresponding to 1 mg of melatonin, taken in the evening half an hour before bedtime.
Administer the desired dose diluted in a little water or any other beverage, or directly into the mouth.
Shake before use.

Do not use Valdispert BuonaNotte Drops in case of hypersensitivity to one or more components. Use is not recommended for pregnant women, women who have planned to become pregnant, and during lactation. For use of the product in the first three years of age, seek medical advice. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements should not be intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
The product contains polyols: excessive consumption may have laxative effects.

Conservation
Store at controlled room temperature (15-25°C); avoid exposure to localized heat sources, sunlight and contact with water.
The expiration date refers to the product properly stored, in unopened package.
