Dietary supplement containing plant extracts, magnesium and melatonin.
Specially developed with a daytime formulation (white tablet) and a nighttime formulation (pink tablet) in a single package, with dual action it specifically counteracts the major daytime and nighttime disturbances that occur during pre-menopause and menopause.
Thanks to the beneficial and recognized properties of its ingredients, it can be an effective aid for all pre-menopausal and menopausal women who want to peacefully cope with the problems that often occur: hot flashes, unstable mood, fatigue, maintenance of bone structures, cellular aging, increased fluid retention, fat accumulation, feeling of appetite, and difficulty in getting to sleep.
In an effort to tailor the correct amount of ingredients to the intensity of each woman's perceived discomfort, Valdispert Menopause Day&Night tablets are arranged to be divided into two parts, thanks to the pre-cut line that then allows the administration to be modulated as needed.
The two formulations share 3 components, the intake of which is recommended throughout the 24-hour period: phytoestrogens from red clover extract mimic the regulatory effects of female estrogen, counteracting hot flashes, while the Vitis vinifera Is known for its anti-aging action. Magnesium fights fatigue, stabilizes mood and participates in the maintenance of bone structures.
The day formula (white tablets), is also distinguished by the presence of maté extract, which promotes weight control and has an energizing effect.
In contrast, the nighttime formula (pink tablets) has melatonin, which taken before bedtime, facilitates sleep.

Mode of use.
For pre-menopausal disorders: 1/2 tablet day formula (white color) in the morning and 1/2 tablet night formula (pink color) in the evening just before bedtime.
For menopausal disorders: 1 tablet day formula (white color) in the morning and 1 tablet night formula (pink color) in the evening just before bedtime.

Warnings
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years old. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Supplements should not be intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and proper lifestyle. Do not take during pregnancy.
The product should be used as part of an adequate low-calorie diet following a healthy lifestyle with a good level of physical activity. If the diet is followed for prolonged periods longer than 3 weeks, it is recommended to seek medical advice.
