Valerian (Valeriana officinalis) root hydroalcoholic extract*, Valerian (Valeriana officinalis) root freeze-dried extract*, Sweet orange (Citrus aurantium var. dulcis) essential oil natural aroma. *Organic Ingredient.

Mode of use.
It is recommended to take 2-3 ml in the evening before bedtime and 1.5 ml as needed during the day, preferably after meals.
