Ingredients
Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; Valerian root (Valeriana officinalis L.) standardized e.s., cross-linked sodium carboxymethyl cellulose; glazing agents: polyvinyl alcohol, polyethylene glycol, talc; Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) tit. 33%, polyvinylpyrrolidone; anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids; coloring agent: titanium dioxide; vanillin, flavor.

Without gluten.
Naturally free of lactose.

Mode of use.
Taking 1-2 tablets daily as needed with half a glass of water is recommended.
