Mode of use.
At first discomfort, take 2 sachets daily, away from meals: 1 sachet in the morning as soon as you wake up and 1 sachet in the evening before bedtime, dissolve in a little water and drink immediately. It is recommended to drink 2 liters of water throughout the day.
