Description
Dietary supplement of high-dose Vitamin C, Vitamin D and zinc particularly indicated in cases of reduced intake of these nutrients from the normal diet or in cases of increased physiological requirements.
Vitamin C, vitamin D and zinc contribute to the normal function of the immune system. Vitamin C and zinc contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Vitamin C contributes to the reduction of fatigue and fatigue and normal energy metabolism.

Ascorbic acid; acidity regulator: sodium hydrogen carbonate, citric acid anhydrous; bulking agent: isomalt; malic acid, zinc citrate, cholecalciferol; acidity regulator: sodium carbonate anhydrous; flavor: orange; coloring: beta-carotene; sweeteners: acesulfame K; sodium chloride; sweetener: sucralose; maltodextrin, palm oil, gum arabic.

Mode of use.
One effervescent tablet daily dissolved in a glass of water (200 ml).

Warnings
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Dietary supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied diet and proper lifestyle. Excessive consumption may have laxative effects. The amount per tablet of vitamin C may cause mild stomach upset in sensitive individuals.
Supradyn defenses is not recommended in cases of pregnancy and lactation.
Do not take in cases of impaired iron metabolism (hemochromatosis) or in cases of kidney disorders.
People who have kidney problems should not consume more than 200 mg of Vitamin C per day also because of the risk of kidney stones.
Not indicated for children and adolescents.

Conservation
Store at a temperature not exceeding 30 °C. Keep the container tightly closed.
